Nyes Wharf Proposals

A public exhibition has been held on the site of Nye's Wharf which is proposed by housing developer Peabody.
The exhibition was held on October 17th 2017, St. Georges Way, Peckham.
This proposal will complete the development of Malt Street with Berkeley Homes, needless to say the ground floor accommodation plan that was exhibited is not adequate for the continued success of businesses on the Old Kent Road.
Nyes Wharf historically fronted the Grand Surrey Canal.
Planning drawings are not yet available but check back for an update. We hope to post a link to the application as soon as it is available.
